Practically Perfect Nanny Consulting
At Practically Perfect Nanny Consulting, my goal is to educate and empower the nannies of Charlotte, North Carolina, and surrounding areas, to become better prepared, more marketable, and able to land the position of their dreams. The key to creating a confident, skilled nanny, who families are scrambling to hire, is by pursuing professional development experiences. This is why I offer workshops, one-on-one consulting and small group sessions designed to bring new educational opportunities to my peers. By providing training and sharing resources, I will help you on your journey to becoming a Practically Perfect nanny.

A Few Testimonials…
“Alyssa was very fun and easy to work with! As I was going through some employment prospects, I was able to have a long discussion with her that opened up my mind and thought process to many ideas and realizations about my goals. She asked questions that made me think about what I wanted and needed for myself and didn’t try to sell her ideas to me or what “I should do” but allowed me to realize it for myself. Her ideas helped me know what I needed to do for the future and how to be confident as a nanny. Thank you Alyssa!!” – Hannah, Nanny
“Alyssa has the Golden Touch! Within one week of consulting with Alyssa, I landed a good nanny job with a family who loved me and said I was the most prepared during the interview. This was most likely because of Alyssa sharing her ‘Interview questions’ and her extended telephone consults, and pre-interview consults which greatly boosted my confidence! Thanks Alyssa!” – Elizabeth G., Nanny
